Custom digital steel weighbridge 30 ton weighing scale for Trucks
Introduction:
Adopting a strong U-beam structure, the panel adopts a flat plate or tread plate of suitable thickness, and is reasonably spliced ??into a closed box structure, which greatly improves the strength of the scale.
The unique tooling fixture, precise space positioning measurement technology and advanced welding technology are used in group welding to effectively ensure the flatness, space geometry and reasonable distribution of welding stress of such large-area weighing platform.
The weighing platform is modular, standardized and serialized. It can be freely composed of various specifications. It adopts high-precision double-shear beam or column load cell and has rich functions, strong storage function, and weighing with battery with power-off function. Display instrument, stainless steel waterproof junction box with high-precision low-temperature anti-interference discharge surge, signal shielding cable constitutes a multi-functional stable metering system.
