The scale body is made of sturdy u-beam structure , the material selects the best carbon steel . So the product is with highstrength , good toughness, compacted structure and can withstand the higher pressure more than GB150% axle load . The scale body rust is cleaned by sandblast , outer layer is treated by a special chemical production processing , which improve the scale body corrosion resistance effectively , and extend the life of the truck scale greatly. OEM and ODM can be realized.
